The main purpose of this role is to ensure that the customer has an amazing experience with Williams from the moment they join and onwards. Your job is to provide outstanding levels of customer service by ensuring that 100% is given to the role and all processes, policies, and procedures are followed as well as continuing to keep your knowledge and understanding up to a high level.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Deliver Outstanding customer service
  • Adhere to the Williams Way of working and core company values
  • Use every opportunity to build rapport and upsell
  • Take incoming calls and deal with their requests promptly and effectively
  • Using own ideas and initiative to deal with complaints and resolve issues
  • Build the business by upselling and add on’s
  • Reduce costs by having an eye for detail and following processes
  • Managing incoming e-mails and online orders
  • Process orders and Quotes in our K8 system


To be successful, you will have the following experience and personal attributes:

  • Customer service and sales experience essential
  • Prepared to cover core hours and operate shift patterns to suit business needs
  • Able to prioritise tasks, deliver to deadlines and manage conflicting demands
  • Good Team Player with excellent cross-departmental communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Following processes and operating within rules and & guidelines
  • Self-Motivated pushing hard to achieve goals
  • Good Levels of computer literacy
  • Focussed on process and quality

Hours of work – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday 07:30-18:00
